Account Deletion Notice
Our platform does not currently provide a self-service account deletion feature. To request deletion of your account and personal data, please contact us by email. We will process your request within 30 business days.
Please note: order records may be retained for up to 5 years for tax and legal compliance, even after account deletion.

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Order records are retained for 5 years for tax and legal compliance. Uploaded images are deleted after order fulfillment unless you request earlier deletion.

We do not ship to, nor accept orders from, regions or individuals subject to US OFAC sanctions, including Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and the Crimea region of Ukraine. By placing an order, you confirm you are not located in these regions nor on any US sanctions list.
By accessing or using BrickNet's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
BrickNet provides custom brick mosaic art creation services. You upload a photo, we convert it into a brick mosaic design, and you can purchase a physical mosaic kit based on that design.

BrickNet provides its services "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Taipei, Taiwan.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
All mosaic kits are custom made-to-order based on your uploaded photo. Under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act and related regulations, customized goods produced per the customer's specifications are a recognized exception to the standard 7-day cooling-off period for distance sales. Non-defective items are therefore not eligible for return or exchange. For defective items, please refer to the Defective Products clause below.
If your kit is missing parts or contains incorrect pieces, contact us and we will ship the correct parts at no charge.
All content on this website — including site design, copy, product imagery, gallery, blog articles, and user-generated design previews — is the intellectual property of BrickNet or its licensors, protected under the Taiwan Copyright Act and applicable international conventions.
